The initial list of top sites is reviewed with our local broker and FranSite to ensure the sites meet franchisor, standards and requirements.

Franchisee tours with our local broker to qualify and select preferred sites.

FranSite reviews preferred sites with franchisor for Site Scoring or other qualifying measures and preliminary Franchisor site approval.

FranSite’s Brand tailored Letter of Intent is reviewed in detail with franchisee for understanding of all related points contained within the LOI.

LOI is drafted by Local Broker under the guidance of FranSite for the franchisee review and submission to landlord.

Letter of intent is negotiated to reach final agreement with ongoing guidance and oversight to franchisee and local broker by FranSite.

Letter of intent is finalized for franchisor approval and franchisee execution.

Landlord submits a lease draft to franchisee.

FranSite reviews the lease for conformity to business terms achieved through the LOI, issues/terms of concern or important to franchisor and in compliance with Franchise Agreement.

Franchisee’s attorney reviews and negotiates lease with the consideration of the input/comments provided by Local Broker, FranSite and Construction Project Management.
